What's included

What is included in your daily fee

We keep our fees all-inclusive so families can focus on their child’s day, not packing extras or worrying about hidden costs.

What families bring

A labelled water bottle, a hat, a change of clothes, nappies if required, and a fitted bedsheet. That's all you need to bring.

Child Care Subsidy

How CCS reduces what you pay

The Child Care Subsidy is the Australian Government’s main support for families paying for child care. It is paid directly to us, and it reduces the daily fee you pay out of pocket. CCS can cover anywhere from 0% up to 90% of your fee depending on income — most Australian families receive something.

How to apply for CCS

Most families find the process takes 30–45 minutes, all online.

1

Make sure you and your child each have a Customer Reference Number (CRN) through Centrelink. If you do not have one, you can apply through myGov.

2

Sign in to your myGov account and link it to Centrelink if you have not already.

3

Lodge a CCS claim through your Centrelink online account. You will be asked about your family income estimate, recognised activity (work, study, volunteering), and the children in your care.

4

Once your claim is approved, give us your CRN and your child’s CRN. We will use these to confirm your CCS enrolment in our system.

5

You will start seeing the subsidy applied to your fees from the first session your enrolment is confirmed for.

Our admin team is happy to walk you through this on your tour — many families find it easier with someone next to them the first time.

New from January 2026

The 3 Day Guarantee

From 5 January 2026, the Australian Government replaced the previous CCS activity test with what is now called the 3 Day Guarantee. Under the new rules, all CCS-eligible families can receive at least three days (72 hours per fortnight) of subsidised care, regardless of their work or study activity. Families who care for First Nations children can receive 100 hours per fortnight per First Nations child.

This is a Federal Government scheme, administered by Services Australia. Eligibility, hours, rates, and any future changes are set and updated by the Government. For the official and current details that apply to your family’s circumstances, please refer to the government sources:

The Government may update the scheme over time. The links above always reflect the current rules.

FAQs

Questions we hear most at tours

Click any question to expand the answer. If yours isn’t here, drop us a line — we love a good question.

We care for children from six weeks through to five years of age. Our rooms are organised into Babies and Toddlers (6 weeks to 2 years), Preschool (2 to 4 years), and a dedicated School Readiness program (4 to 5 years).

Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. We close on NSW public holidays and for the days between Christmas and New Year.

Yes. We are an approved Child Care Subsidy provider, so most Australian families enrolled with us are eligible for CCS support that reduces their out-of-pocket fees.

We meet — and in places exceed — the National Quality Standard ratios:

  • 0 to 24 months: 1 educator to 4 children
  • 24 to 36 months: 1 educator to 5 children
  • 3 to 5 years: 1 educator to 10 children

Our group sizes are intentionally on the smaller side, so children get more one-on-one time than the minimum requires.

Yes. Five meals and snacks per day, prepared fresh on site: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack. Our menus follow the Australian Dietary Guidelines for children. We cater for allergies, dietary requirements, and cultural preferences. Speak to our team about your child’s specific needs.

A labelled water bottle, a sun hat, a change of clothes, a bed sheet, a comfort item (toy or blanket) if needed, and a family photo for our room display. We provide bedding, sunscreen, and all meals. Children still in nappies will need their own nappies and wipes packed in their bag each day.

Start by submitting an enquiry through our website. Once we receive your details, our team will be in contact with you to discuss availability, answer any questions, and guide you through the next steps.

You are also welcome to call or email us directly at any time if you prefer to speak with our team.

If a place is available, we will then support you through the enrolment process, including enrolment forms and assistance with CCS if required.

Yes. We maintain a waitlist for families who are interested in future enrolments or when preferred days and age groups are currently full.

If you join our waitlist, our team will keep your details on file and contact you as soon as a suitable place becomes available.

We use a dedicated parent communication app for daily updates — xplor — covering meals, sleep times, photos, and learning stories. You can chat with educators at drop-off and pick-up. We hold formal parent-teacher conversations twice a year, and we are happy to set up additional meetings any time you want one.

Yes. We work in partnership with families and external specialists (early childhood intervention services, allied health professionals, paediatricians) to support children with additional needs. We apply for Inclusion Support funding where it would help. Please raise any specific needs on your tour and we will talk through how we would support your child.

Our full set of policies is available in our Family Handbook, which is provided to families upon enrolment and also shared via email with enrolment forms. A copy is also available in the centre foyer for families to view at any time.

We regularly review and update our policies in line with best practice and regulatory requirements. If you would like a copy of a specific policy at any time, please let our team know and we will email it to you.
